Can parents upload their own photos?
Yes. Team organizers can share one link or QR code, and each parent can upload from their phone.
Can one player order multiple signs?
Yes. Each player record tracks base quantity, extra quantity, total quantity, proof status, and payment status.
What if a photo is blurry or cropped?
The upload flow will flag risky photos before production. Parents can replace the photo or request help.
Will we see a proof?
Yes. The proof shows the production image with a cutline overlay before printing.
Who pays for team orders?
The system is planned to support organizer-paid, parent-paid, and hybrid orders where the team covers one sign and parents buy extras.
Is this site live for orders yet?
This staging version is a working marketing and flow prototype. Stripe checkout and production automation come next.
